P.I.D. System (Proportional Integral Derivative)
It represents the highest expression in closed chain controls. It assures a constant control and monitoring of the functional system of the autoclave and intervenes automatically in case of anomalies or incorrect values of technical and electronic parameters.
Internal tanks
All autoclaves have a pure water tank and a waste water tank. Each tank is equipped with probes to indicate the maximum and minimum levels.
Preset temperatures
The programmed temperatures for the cycles of our autoclaves are 134°C and 121°C. The 134°C cycles are normally used for the sterilization of solid and ferrous materials. The 121°C cycles are used for thermoplastics and sensitive materials.
Simplicity of use
The sterilization cycle is selected by pressing a button and activated by pressing another button. The first one allows to scroll and display on the large screen the data related to each cycle in order to choose the most suitable one, the second one automatically starts the whole sterilization cycle. It becomes impossible to make a mistake or to choose an inappropriate sterilization cycle. In case of error or alarm, messages and LED signals will draw your attention.
Fully automatic cycles
All cycles are fully automatic, all phases are managed by a last generation board equipped with a powerful microprocessor. Each phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, assisted and managed automatically. No human intervention is necessary during the cycles.
Cycles without operator intervention with automatic stop
During the sterilization cycles, an automatic function starts an anti-condensation phase at the end of the cycle and automatically stops it when the operator is not present.
Test cycles
Our autoclaves have test cycles for periodic control through physical and functional tests: elix to evaluate the vacuum capacity of the hollow bodies; owie and Dick to evaluate the vacuum capacity of the hollow bodies; acuum to evaluate the vacuum maintenance capacity.
Constant cycle monitoring
A device ensures constant control and monitoring of the sterilization cycles. Any anomalies are quickly detected and blocked and, if they compromise the sterilization cycle, the device blocks immediately. A message indicates the anomaly to the operator.
All cycles guarantee the sterilization of type B loads
All the sterilization cycles are equipped with a fractional vacuum system and parameter controls that guarantee the sterilization of class B loads. Even when the type of cycle selected is incorrect, the sterilization performed on the various types of material treated is still safe.
Integrated osmosis system
Water treatment that eliminates the most polluting particles, guaranteeing bacteriological purity. It works thanks to an osmotic membrane that filters the water at the molecular level.
